My experience of working with Sheetal:

Before commencing the program, I was not quite sure how Sheetal would be able to help a teenager like me. Once I commenced the program, I found Sheetal’s approach to be non-judgmental, tolerant and empathic which allowed me to completely open up to her. I am obese; I have knee problem; I have a thyroid condition. I felt lethargic and needed to lose weight quickly.

However I had no idea how to go about addressing these challenges. I can neither starve nor live on salads. Diet programs never worked for me. No amount of walks, regular exercise and avoiding sweets had any impact on my weight. I had almost given up the hopes to have a healthy body.

And then I met Sheetal.

I was initially apprehensive of signing up for the Health Coaching program. I was concerned that like other previous weight management programs, either the targets will be unrealistic or the initial weight loss will come back the moment I get back to my routine diet.

I was pleasantly surprised to find sheetal approach to making lifestyle changes refreshingly different. She brought changes in my diet without touching my basic food intake. There were no wholesale changes in diet, no exotic foods introduced and no unrealistic targets set. Sheetal made some small but significant changes in my diet and provided deep insight into which food is good and which isn’t. This has changed my lifestyle completely and while it took a little longer, I have now started losing inches and kilos. I genuinely feel blessed to be guided by a person who is understanding, warm and receptive.

Sheetal is an extremely dedicated and sincere coach who works very hard with the clients to understand their specific needs and circumstances to design a suitable program with a very flexible approach.
